Better think twice. Iberdrola calls all the shots, all others are "resellers" with an uncertain future. There are no substatial savings, and if your new supplier pushes up daisies, you'll have a bad time getting reconnected to Iberdrola who still is the one and only owner of the nationwide infrastructure.

Does anybody have the contact details for the electricity controller who checks houses out for wiring to the grid in 46160 Lliria, Valencia?
My Spanish property came with dangerously faulty electricity.
An electricity company is busy installing new electricity, but they are cowboys and I would like to have an official electricity engineer come and inspect all my new electricity before I pay the final invoice.
All advice and information is warmly welcome. Thank you.

I’ve never heard of an electricity controller, or where to find one, and what responsibility the electricity company(cowboys) have in ensuring the wiring in your house is safe and up to standard?
This will be your responsibility to sort out, was it not picked up prior to purchase of the house?
Your best option would be to call upon a qualified electrician to carry out a full survey, and then act upon his/her findings?

With false promises the estate agent kept silent.
Where do I find a qualified electrician to carry out a full survey, and then act upon his/her findings?
Very much appreciate it if you would recommend some to me.
Thank you.
