If you are looking for a "turn on and off" provider, then you will be looking at one of the local "wireless inetrnet" providers, assuming that you can get a signal from one of their masts, like telsinet, TNS, saforwifi
"best" is not something that you associate with "wireless internet", apart from price. Speeds and reliability can vary a lot, especially at peak times, which may not be ideal for streaming TV.
Depending exactly where you are in Ador, you may have fiber, and probably ADSL. But these tend to be "long term" contracts from the main providers, like Movistar

The current dish due to winds may have moved as last year.
How much is it to adjust to get tv signal back.

As long as the satellite dish is at least 110x120cm then it should have no problems getting all UK TV channels in all but the heaviests of rains.
If the dish has moved slightly out of alignment, then channel swill be lost.
Send me a PM with your details, and I can add you to the job list, as I am based near Gandia
