E certificate (Certificado digital/firma electrónica)

Hi, anyone know anything about certificados digitales/firma electrónica? We recently renewed ours, and because you only seem to be able to install one per browser (we only have 1 laptop), mine is through Chrome and my wife's through Firefox. They installed ok, and we could both access them for a while, but recently we haven't been able to get into the Firefox one. We get a message saying the certificate has been revoked. Suspect it's a problem with Firefox as there should not be a problem with the certificate. Anyone got any ideas/suggestions? Many thanks in advance.....
