Water connection

Hi I'm after someone who can help me get my water reconnected in my apartment in Gandia

I only use it as a holiday home but have not been out there for 8 years now was out there last week went to the office they sorted out my address came out and looked that's it so I'm after someone who can translate as I can't speak Spanish to ask them the next steps and to sort out payments from my bank in England

I am willing to pay someone for there time and trouble just need the water reconnected

Have you shown them the Habitacion Certificate as they cannot reconnect without it?

Hi there

Yes I showed them some paperwork they got my I'd up on the computer and all my details

They sent someone out to my apartment that day he looked under the stairs and said something I couldn't understand then he went

I got back home and sent them an e.mail they replied in Spanish I put it in Google translate it said something about there was incidents and another engineer was going to have to come out and inspect it

But when I ask someone to translate they said the water company want me to fit a pipe so I'm confused now I'm with Aqua de Valencia

Thanks for your advice I'm with Aqua de Valencia I didn't know there was other companies out there

Like I said they come out and did an inspection he said ok and held up his thumb then said something and left
