TIE Help Gran Alacant area

Does your daughter live here permanently in Spain  & if so how long has she been here? Is this her first application for a TIE card or is she exchanging from an old residencia?

All important to know as the advice differs for each situation

She has been here since 4th October 2020, is 21 years old and wants to live here permanently.

 If she can prove she was legally  living here before 31.12.2020 she could still be covered by the Withdrawal Agreement but time is short. Does she have an active spanish bank account showing payments & transactions before that date & is she signed on the padron?   She will need all this & more to meet the current criteria  but  it is a lot easier & cheaper than the new criteria which began in Jan 2021.... applications for residencia now begin in the UK with an appt for a non lucrative visa at the Spanish Embassy

 I suggest you contact www.getlegalinspain.com and get advice immediately.  This company have assisted 2 friends to get their TIE's ( now awaiting fingerprints/collection) & assisted me with exchanging my old residencia for the new TIE

there is a very good solicitor/gestor by the school in Gran Alacant her name is Maria Luisa Boix de Haro  she has just done all the work on selling an apartment including power of attorney for an Aunt and she did .excellent job.
