Start with the catastral value.

1.1% of the catastral value for properties whose catastral value has been reviewed or changed, with this done within the present tax period or within the ten previous tax periods. 

2% for properties not fitting into the above criterion.

Then take 19% of the above result.

If it's your first year of ownership you then factor the above result by the proportion of the year you've owned it.
