Our car tax is due and we are trying to pay online but we need a new reference number. When I rang suma it was a recorded message in Spanish. Is it closed due to covid? Please help!!

We recently paid ours on line about 6 weeks ago straight forward we had no documents we only new car registration .we used a link provided By Jim off this forum, not sure how you can find it perhaps someone on here can provide it for you ,surprised me how easy it was.

1Hi,
I paid our suma for the car a few weeks ago. I went onto the suma website and if you enter your registration number for your car you can get a link to get the reference number to give to your bank online to pay it. it was super easy

Thanks, we managed to get through to Suma, got the reference needed & payed on their website.

Mine office can help you if you want. I pay at this moment for mine clients the Suma when they cannot come to the system because of the Covid-19. I ask a little commission for the job.

Hi
We had the same issue so my husband went online on the site and went online and clicked on Live Chat in the corner. They sent him a link on the chat to click on and he was able to input his information and they emailed him the bill with the new reference.

The OP said they needed a new reference number which is the situation we were in, we had the last one for our car but this was useless.
