Apart from going to Gibraltar or Morocco rather than going back to UK is there away of spending more than  90 days in Spain thank you

Short answer is no, you would need to start the visa process in the UK to then start residency application in Spain. The other way is to risk it illegally which isn’t really a sensible option.

The Gibraltar or Morocco option would require a 3 month stay before you could return to Spain, either in one country or split between the two if you could do it

No Tom there isn't. If you want to spend more time here then you need to apply for residency via the visa route.
