Finding a new social life - Page 3

Hi, I will be out collecting donations tomorrow but Margaret and Jemma will be in the shop and will tell everything.  They are both very friendly!

A lady has just contacted me regarding a new charity shop that opened this week in Gran Alacant. I will be going down tomorrow to have a chat with them.  I also happen to have some donations so I can kill two birds with one stone.  This is just what I needed. Appreciate your response and encouragement.

I am resident here and have just a couple of friends here.  I am happy to meet up with you for a coffee somewhere and have a chat.   As I live here Im not out all the time, but do enjoy 3 quiz' a week and the beach and coffees etc.

Thanks Sue, I will next be in GA around 5/6 September - staying till around 3rd week of October.  Then need to get back to uk for the birth of my next two grandchildren - due end October/ early November!  Would love to meet up. hi Shaunagh.     I have sent you pm but not sure if you've seen it.    are you over here now?  do you still want a meet up?   I don't mind if you are sorted now..just let me know if you want to meet. 

I tried to reply but my iPad seemed to stick? I would still like to meet up and you may be interested to join our new little group -GALs - Gran Alacant ladies. We had our first coffee  meet last week and will be doing it again this week. If you get access to GALs, you will be able to see the posted events.  Either way, let me know a good time for a coffee and a chat. I apologise in advance if my first response eventually gets to you!
