Could anybody give some advice on where to go to get tax advice, permits etc as we are wanting to rent out our property in the Gran Alacant area. I believe some estate agents provide a full service. Any advice of which one to use would be most welcome

Are you looking at holiday letting or long term letting.

Holiday lets need a Tourist License.  please search the forum under Tourist License and Everywhere.  a little out of date as written last year but here's a 6 part guide which includes links to forms etc Davebev1's guides: Renting out your property as a holiday let in Spain

If you are looking at long-term letting then you can use a letting agent - some estate agents have a letting department - or you can advertise yourself, but talk to your solicitor first about the legal responsibilities and rights of tenants.  You will need a proper contract for either type of letting.  You will also be liable for Spanish tax on your rental income for both types of letting, so speak to your fiscal rep as when and what tax you pay varies depending on where you are resident.

Would definitely second vote for FAB in Masa Square as Andrew65 suggests! Isobel and Sylvia are incredibly helpful.
