Hi we are looking for a long term rental in Gran Alacant from either September or October.
We are Pensioners.
We have a dog (whippet cross so not big)
Budget of €600 per month.
At least two double bedrooms.
Outside space.

I hope you are well?
We have an apartment just off Calle Rio Vinalopo, with lovely views of the gorge. There are three bedrooms and also a converted basement with an additional bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. It’s on the ground floor and there is a terrace and garden/drive, so would be suitable for a dog also.
We had not intended on letting it out, but with the whole Covid situation, it could be a while before we can get down to it. You mentioned that you are looking for a long term rental. Do you know roughly how long you have in mind?
