Hi I am currently looking for work in the Alicante / gran Alicant region as a construction manager or machine operator, I have over 20 years experience working on the railway and construction infrastructure from upgrading the railway to building large office blocks

You should explain in your first post if you are already living in Spain and acquired a TIE or have an EU or a UK passport.

The OP should confirm his status otherwise you could be employing an illegal immigrant which wouldn't go down well with the authorities...
