Hello all

We ordered a robot vacuum from Lidl to be delivered. The delivery company Seur says they have delivered to someone called Jona somewhere on Calle Holanda GA.

Does anyone know a Jona or has anyone received a parcel in error from Lidl/Seur?

Any help much appreciated.

Hi petronius4,

Sorry to hear of your inconvenience.  Seur are dreadful.  However, your contract is with Lidl, not Seur - you shouldn't have to chase around doing Seur's job for them.  I'd suggest returning to Lidl and asking for a refund or new order, as their contracted delivery company has failed to deliver the goods for which you've paid.

Good luck!

Kind regards,

Kim

I quite agree with Kimmy.  Seur are an absolute disaster and I'm sure they loose more things than they deliver. In my case, as I live about 6km out of town, they don't even bother turning up saying the address was incorrect,  they left it with Joe Bloggs on any other excuse they can dream up.

I think they just chuck things in the bin, rather than deliver it.

What I do now is have all parcels delivered to a friendly estate agent in town.  If it's an address the driver knows then you stand a better chance of getting it.

Not the news you wanted to hear, but Seur are not much different to any other carrier in Spain. Based on personal experience over a number of years.
