Help with postal address

We have been looking at property in the Monte y Mar area of Gran Alacant and have found a property within a little gated community opposite the Unide Supermercado on Av. D'Escandinavia with the gate entrance situated on Calle Orden del Corintio. We are having trouble finding the postal address for the property (pointer on map below). We called into Grannet and spoke to a very unhelpful young girl who seemed like she had zero interest in helping us and claimed we can not sign a contract without an address. Please could somebody help us with this matter and thank you in advance.

Hello, the adress you describe is precisely Urb. Monte y Mar, together with the street name and house number it should be enough. Do you have any electricity, water or contribution receipt, rental or purchase contract that reflects the exact address?

Thank you for your reply but it is the street name we are after. If you view the map there is no street name for the properties in the cul de sac.

Good luck finding your correct address. Our rental paperwork even had the incorrect street number for our bungalow in Arenales del Sol. Gran Net in El Altet were very friendly and helpful to us but they knew our area so the exact street number wasn't an issue. However we are having difficulties getting mail delivered.
