Hello

We are a Scottish family, currently staying in Gran Alicant on holiday. We have been thinking & talking about moving here for a while now but have now made the first move and are visiting nearby areas to get some ideas & 'a feel of it". We really like Gran Alicant & it ticks many boxes for us.

Our children are 3 & 5 years so education is a priority. Can anyone give us some advise/guidance re schooling here in Gran Alicant and nearby areas?

It would be really lovely to chat/meet other families who have gone - or going through a similar experience...

I lool forward to hearing back from you c

Hi Lynne,

I subscribed to this website not long ago as my family are thinking of doing the same. I have done a bit of looking around and there is a private school in Elche called Kings I believe and it has a British curriculum and apparently one of the best in Spain. I also hear good things about the local school in Gran Alacant. We will be going over for a few months starting November to check everything out. I have a 20 month old. Good luck in your search.
