Hello,

We are looking to rent a 2/3 bedroom place in gran alicant area from early March 2018.for 6 months but probably longer if it is

We would prefer a place in a complex with a shared pool and also would like to be in an area where there is some social life. We really don't want to be isolated as our home in the U.K.Is and we are keen to get away from this for a change. A beach nearby would also be a great attraction or a marina maybe?

We have no idea of areas but have been following this site and you all seem to be very helpful whenever someone wants information.

Good luck with this !

Most long term rentals In GA are over the winter period ie November to March . Once you get to April it is more difficult to secure a long term rental because owners can get a premium price per week for the summer months .

Try OP properties based in the shopping centre .

thank you for your helpful reply. I can see the reason but most likely want to keep renting so hopefully someone who possibly is trying to sell would consider it. I will look at op properties if I can find their website. Thank you once again.
