Hi. Can anyone recommend a plumber who can help with the following. Visited my mum and dads property in gran alacant last night for first time since pandemic started. Unfortunately I can’t get water on at all in property. Is anyone able to help at all in a Sunday regarding this.

Houses in Spain often have stop taps in places where we English don't expect to see them, so have a good look round.
It might just show as a tap head or wheel the rest being hidden in the wall.
