Can anyone recommend: Holiday home keyholder and occasional holiday let cleaning

Hi, We have a 2 bed 2 bath (Alba) holiday home in Monte y Mar Gran Alacant and need a keyholder to keep an eye on the place and to clean and launder after holiday lettings. We only let out about 6 times in the summer and very rarely in winter. Our current keyholder is returning to England soon and our current cleaners (for 15 years) have given up. We normally pay the keyholder each time we visit and arrange for cash to be left following holiday lets to cover cleaning etc. If you have good contacts for minor running repairs that would also be very good.

We are in GA from March 2nd to 12th so could meet up to discuss.

Hi we are using Karen Grundeken her number is 0034626393214 she speaks Spanish too

very friendly and helpful. She lives in GA has her own website, she does checks on property etc. She is managing two apartments for us in Puerto Marino.
