Can anyone recommend: Man with van or removals

Hi I'm looking for a Man or 2 with a van to help move sone furniture between 2 properties. They are within 5 mins of each other. Nothing contentious and access good at both properties. Either that or a local removals firm. Probably moving end if January 2020. Thanks
