Can anyone recommend: Someone to look at a leaking roof in GA

Hi my roof was fixed last year but it still seems to leak in really bad weather. (especially the weather Spain had not so long ago!) It went into the main bedroom and through the light/fan.

I live in England but my house is going to be rented by an agency on Gran Alacant and I would like it to be fixed as soon as possible so it can be rented out.

Hi MJ, there are a few reliable English speaking builders in the GA area, some of these are;

However, you may claim it to your insurance company should you have a building & contents insurance.

Hi. Can anyone tell me what the normal price is per metre for tiling a roof terrace (plays flamenca area?). I need a 33m sq roof tiled and would like an idea of the norm! Thank you
