As I see it, the problem is yours, probably connecting more than 10A at a time (electric heaters?) Find out how many Watts are stated on you heating device(s), usually 1.500 to 2.000W. Then add 300W for a fridge, 2.000w for a washing machine, 2.000W for an electric boiler, and so on. All devies connected at the same time should not exceed 4.500 W.

It happens occasionally to us and on checking found our Main Breaker is only rated at 15amps. This is not sufficient if you have the Water Heater operating, Cooker, TV, A/C unit, Fridge/Freezer, lights etc etc.
We have learned to turn the setting on the water heater down when using the cooker ie after having a bath and before cooking breakfast.
I have enquired about uprating the Main Breaker which I have been told by neighbours is possible but the utility company charge extra just for having the facility for more power available.
Good Luck!

Can sympathise - ours goes off occasionally for no obvious reason, i.e. without sudden surges in electrical usage. It’s a nightmare as we are not full-time residents and can return to our house after a month’s abscence with the fridge-freezer defrosted!

Hi
Find an electrician, you could have an electric leak in one of your material. With your fusebox, you can detect where is the problem. Switch on and off each of the fuse.
With my electric company, I've got only 2.200 watt, so I have to manage the use of my electric material. See how much you have in your electric contract.

I learnt this lesson the hard way just like you. Having had two freezers destroyed by loss of power while we were back in the UK we now make sure they are empty, doors open and unplugged before we leave.
