Thank you for highlighting that issue . I think that is a disgraceful and unhelpful way to be treated. A refund should be made to your bank account without delay.

It may well make potential customers think again when the future relaxation of travel restrictions are eased in using David's Coaches and any other Coach companies who are delaying repayments .

LeckyLes, I think you are being unfair on the Coach Company, they are not delaying refunds but as trips are cancelled according to the date of the trip the money is being refunded, they are not mishandling customers monies in the same way the Airlines are, perhaps you should have a look at their website. Local Coach companies are run by local people and Expats and are doing their best in extremely difficult circumstances and will need our support when life returns to normal not a boycott.

I agree that the local coach tour companies such as David's Coaches and Rosa Tours provide a valuable service to the people within the areas those Companies operate in. I ,however, do not agree with them not being available for contact via telephone and do stand by my point in thinking if customers with booked trips now require a refund of any monies the Companies hold then the said Companies should be transparent and ready to issue refunds promptly upon request.

Good Customer service and readily available contact when requiredbrings future goodwill, poor customer service brings the opposite.

I take it you still have not looked at their website where they request contact by email and will respond promptly. The companies are run by a small number of people and constantly answering phones will delay things further, compare that to Airlines with large call centres and are almost impossible to get through to on the phone.
