Hi 

I have a Iberdrola account does anyone know if they have changed the billing times the last time i received a bill was the 2nd of November, we was in the apartment in the middle of November and the electricity was working so I know it’s wasn’t disconnected then , All bills have been paid by direct debit

 Not changed as far as I'm concerned. My last email for   online billing was received on 24/12  & usually deducted about a week later.

I might have to contact them something not right I’ve looked online at the account cant see any problem , don’t want to turn up and no   Electricity

Most of the electricity companies have been struggling with their billing software this year as there have been so many tariff changes and changes to the amount of IVA. I think the IVA discount period is due to end at the end of the month, so it could just be that they’ve changed the frequency of  calculating invoices. 

In fact electric bills area bit like buses. You wait ages for one and then three turn up at once!

That’s happened to me twice this year!
