Natural citrus sprays should work alongside pieces of lemon and lime.  Do don't use bleach to clean it up as bleach + wee produces ammonia.  Ammonia smells similar to cat wee, so the cats that are marking your terrace with their wee as their territory can mistake the new ammonia smell as another cat's competitive claim on the territory and they will then start a weeing/marking war with the imaginary cat (the ammonia smell)!

Believe it or not we had a tom cat who used to squirt up our radiators in the front room for no reason even though we had him castrated, On advice from our vet he said use ralgex spray around the area to deter him spraying. And yes it did work for that tom and we use it in the UK on our patio too.

We had a problem with cats spraying on our terrace. We got some stuff from a Ferri shop to deter them. We sprayed it on the walls, front door and plant pots, it stopped over night. They have never been back that was 8 months ago. See picture 😎
