Look for an asesoria ( for Spain). An accountant for eg: UK. May need more information regarding what sort of pension from where, eg: state/private, etc. V

It all depends on who your pension provider is, for example, Government, local government, public, private etc.
It is my opinion that you need professional advice on this imporrant matter. If you are/were employed in an organisation and contribute to a trade union they will have financial advisers who will have a wealth of knowledge for free. In most cases they organise seminars for people in your position.
