Does anyone had any positive experience with an interior/ exterior builder?I got ripped off with my eyes right open...

The estimate and promisses where wonderfull, a Belgian- Dutch copple who does in and out reformas as well as selling paint in Guardamar del.Segura at the rond about. Needed to have a litlle terras wall rebuilt because he had cracks.

I expected good work and fair prices, Spanish prices I mean, so between 12 and 15€ per hour.

Well , my wall is cracking up again and I payed 38€ an hour....and there where 2 builders , which means , I payed 76€ an hour plus products....!!!

So if you know a builder who delivers decent work at a fair price please let me know.

And a good tip: ask about their hour rate before you sign anything!!!

Hi I can recommend the man we used to do our bathroom. He has also retiled our roof and currently is doing our terrace and shutters. Pm me if you would like his details. We are very happy with his work.

It looks as they have been realy fair with you!

I think you just have to be lucky....it's like a lottery, or you get genuine, honest people or you get....., don't even find the proper word for mine....,

You only know that you trusted the wrong ones when it is to late isn't it?
