David's coaches   , Last year due to my husband  being  diagnosed  with a illness we had to cancel  our trips with them , I can't  praise  the company  enough  we were offered  a refund  I declined  and we had some lovely  trips with them as he recovered , This company  prides  itself on customer  service   I feel  perhaps  they wil need a little  time  to readdress  the current  situation,

Update copied from email received from David's Coachtrips.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

As you are aware lockdown has been extended until 9th May. We have cancelled all

trips up to, and including that date, and are working through contacting you all. 

Beyond that we have no idea what will happen. We will work through our trips in order

depending on the advice from the Government. Please be patient as we do this. We know nothing 

about June or going into Summer/Autumn. 

As we are still in lockdown we are working only by email at 

[email protected]

Unfortunately we can only follow the Spanish guidelines.

We do not operate under anything that is happening in the UK including flight

cancellations. Once we are allowed to, and we have taken all necessary steps to

ensure our customer safety, we will travel.

We will keep you updated on situations regarding concerts as we receive it.

Further update

STING CONCERT UPDATE

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE NO UPDATE REGARDING MADNESS/IL DIVO ETC

WE WILL BE IN TOUCH AS UPDATES ARE PROVIDED 


I regret to inform that due to the current pandemic the Sting concert has been postponed until 28July 2021.

If you can transfer to that date please email me and I will transfer the booking.

If you wish to keep a credit for future travel I can process that now also.

If you wish a refund you will need to wait until we have received the money back from the promoters. I imagine this will be after lockdown and we will be in touch.

At the moment I only need a reply if you wish to transfer to next year or are happy to accept a credit.

If you have  anything else booked with us please wait until we contact you.

Thanks John, 

I still think answering the phone on a " Please leave a message and we will call you back " system would be much more reassuring to the customers who prefer to speak to someone in person.
