I am in Spain now and have flight booked to Gatwick on Monday.
I was asking what support there may be locally, if I was not able to catch the flight.
Hello Stephen
Ignore the unhelpful response of you not been wanted in Spain. Every country has visitors and we should all look out for one another at times such as this. We are all one race, the human race so show some humanity at this time people.
Do you have wipes, sanitizer and maybe a mask. I flew back to the UK and washed my hands at every opportunity and wiped down my armrest with my anti bacterial wipes.
Most airlines are returning to the UK practically empty. Share your concerns when you check in and ask to sit in an empty row if possible. The airline crew will understand and be helpful. Keep your mouth and nose covered with a mask/scarf and do not touch your face. Once home put all your clothes in the washing machine, have a shower then pour yourself a nice glass of red wine and say I did it, there is no place like home- where ever home may be.
There are lots of local groups set up in the UK to help neighbors that are vulnerable as I’m sure they also have in Spain.
Good luck and I’m confident you will be fine.
Kindest regards
Bernadette
