For information purposes Spain has fewer cases per day and have vaccinated a higher percentage of the population than the U.K.
Your decision should be based on how you feel and not on facts and figures though.
Spain is on the U.K. amber list, essential travel only, but for the past few months lots of people have deemed that holidays in their eyes are essential travel
If you are doubled jabbed you will need to complete a SpTH form and show your Covid pass
To return to U.K. you will need to have a fit to fly test within three days of your departure back to the U.K., book a Day 2 PCR test and complete a passenger locator form.
Different rules apply if you have not been double jabbed.
We still have lots of regulations in place here as regards to capacity, closing times and some areas are under nighttime curfews, plus we still have to wear masks inside buildings, on public transport or in places such as markets where you can’t socially distance

Agree with above entirely. But also there is no need to travel if you give your abogado/a Power of Attorney they can legally complete the sale on your behalf.

Thank you, would like to travel, have two jabs and NHS letter. Just worried about getting appointment in Spain In time for return flight. I understand need to book in advance in UK return flight. I have POA, therefore don't need to travel, but have belongings to.pick up at property. Will probably get someone to put into charity shop or store somewhere as I hope to return to Spain and rent property soon.

Good Morning
I can see you live in Formentura and not sure if you drive in Spain, but you can pre-book your return test at the Farmacia El Raso. We booked ours through Facebook and they replied within the hour. They were getting very booked up, so if you want to use them, I suggest you book now. They will then send you the form that you need to complete to take into the farmacia.

You are probably going to book at least 2-3 weeks in advance at El Raso,
If you are in Formentera it may be easier to pop into Almoradi or Quesada for a test.
Your best option would be to bring a test with you many companies offer the service where you take a photo of your negative test result along side your passport and then they email test cert to you.
See C19, Co-op Chemists for details.
