Changing UK driving licence to Spanish licence

Any recommendations need help to change UK driving licence to Spanish one. Who have you used to help with paperwork and appointments

Has anyone done the exchange of UK driving licence to Spanish one by themselves and would be happy to share information/guidance on documents and process?

may I ask if people who have done the exchange needed to physically have their TIE card in order to exchange their licence or does the interum bit of paper agter phase 2 interview do?

I also have this question, due to the delays to get an appt for TIE appt and then 3-4 weeks before getting the card itself. Two gestors I've asked say you must have the TIE card!!!!
But I've just found this from CAB and it implies that the Application Resolution document could be accepted. Anyone read this the same way as me?

thanks. i uave seen the link on the CAB site but it os a translation of an email they receivedand they cannot provide the original. and i have heard that people have been turned away with resolution letter - so was wondering if anyone had managed the process without the TIE card.
