You could try Tax and Consultancy service for expats, they are however based in Benijofar. The owner, Manuel Antonio Perez Manresa is a Spanish national who is fluent in English and a very helpful, kind and sympathetic person. He is of course a fully qualified Solicitor. If he can't help although i'm sure he will, then he would certainly know someone who can.
The office hours are Mon-Thurs 0900-1700 and Fri 0900-1430.
