I have been looking for an email address for Mapfre insurance. I searched this site and Googled them and cannot find anywhere they have a general email address. Maybe they don't !
But if anyone has one could they share please.
I want to get a copy of the last policy renewal that I just paid for.
I am living in Canada.

Hi, Georgie. I don’t think they do have an email address. Their sites return lists of their offices, presumably with contact details. Did you buy through one of their offices, or through an agent? I have discovered two contact phone numbers, which I assume are head office

Also one may select which type of insurance one is pursuing and follow the links from that, as they have many different types of insurance.

Thanks. I can't remember who we bought it from, it was a long time ago, 2005. Until recently, we were receiving a copy of the policy in the mail to our Canadian address. I did find Mapfre offices in the States, it's a long shot, but I emailed them to see if they had any email contact for Spain.
If all else fails, I found an address of their head office online, maybe I will go the old fashioned route and write, in a letter, and post it to get a copy. Might be easier than trying to explain by phone.

I have just found this online. If you scroll down to the end it has a link where you can contact them to resolve any queries, problems etc. I imagine as an international outfit they should be able to deal with a query in English if you have no Spanish.
