Hi! Does anyone know if any hotels in Guardemar do long term lets eg 4 months or more at reduced rates. We are hoping to visit area and stay while trying to purchase an apartment.

Where do you live now?
Steve
If you are a UK passport holder you are restricted to 90 days in a rolling 180 days in the whole Schengen zone so you cannot stay more than 90 days in a row, less if you have visited other European countries recently.

I haven't checked further but in these times it may even be worth contacting them and making an offer.

Wouldn’t it be easier and cheaper to rent an apartment, how else are you going to do your laundry or even make a cup of tea. As well as the additional costs of eating out all the while.
Don’t know when you are planning your trip, but you would have a limited choice of hotels in January/February as most In Guardamar close down completely during that period.
