Hi Anna. Such behaviour doesn't bother some people, but it does me. I keep tabs on those who don't display good manners, and don't respond to their posts. Fortunately, the majority of people who post regularly on the forum do have good manners and respond appropriately.

Thanks for understanding my frustration Jim, their behaviour drives me crazy and I'm actually thinking of leaving the forum because some of the people on it have messed me about so much over the past couple of years, I just feel like I've had enough of ignoramouses.

Hi Anna I’m like you and Jim, good manners cost nothing. The majority of this forum,as Jim says do have good manners and contribute with excellent advice and information. Please don’t let a few make you leave this forum.
Enjoy your day.

Chill, plenty of other things in life to fret about.

Moving, I somewhat agree with you in that its not worth getting upset by such people, HOWEVER when people give advice and help out of the goodness of their heart using their own time to help then why would anyone want to be rude to them??? I just dont understand them....
The OP wrote "some of the people on it (the forum) have messed me about so much over the past couple of years" which suggests something more than simply not getting thanked for a reply or advice given.

The one thing I repeat is...........it is none of our business what people think of us.
OK so it has taken me to my 50's to really understand and practice but it has set me free from the worry and upset it used to cause me.
If someone is rude.........their problem.
We are all on our own individual journies in this life and the only thing we can control is our own thoughts.
Happy weekend everyone.
