We are considering buying a property in Guardamar.  With a view to renting out to help with costs.  For those of you that rent your properties - do you easily find holiday let tenants?  Thank you.

I know a lady and her husband who I could recommend very highly. They moved to La Marina last May and would love to earn some extra money. They are the most house proud people I know and would do a splendid and reliable job for you. I am sure her husband would be happy to collect at the airport too.

Believe me, I call them THE HOUSE INSPECTORS!

I would be interested to find out more please. We have a 3 bed casa in La Mata. We come out for 6/8 weeks twice yearly plus family a further 8 weeks approx. It's not a rental property! Just needs cleaning, bedding and towels washing and remaking. Also may need fortnightly while here. Wondered if the couple you mention would be interested eurgent and rough idea of price.
