Hi All
Just looking for a bit of advice. I will have a property for sale in El Raso, I was wondering is there any advantage in trying to sell it privately or would I be better off going to an estate agent

Estate agent charging around 6%, they can advertise on UTube and Website get more exposure
If time is on your side and you have all Community fees and Suma , water charges up to date and you live in El Raso, have a Solicitors who will advise you along the way ,I am certainly give it a go for 3 months or so, you could save yourself a lot of money 💰 it a buoyant property market right now, you can advertise on idealista website and a few more

Hello, I sold my house near Málaga about a year ago, I didn't use an estate agent, I used Idealista which is free and saved me 3.000 plus vat euros, it was simple people just contacted me and arranged to come and view, after I received a suitable offer I left it in the hands of my solicitor, by the way as it is a sellers market you should have no problem selling . Yes, I would use Idealista again, you will save a few thousand in fees, but make sure you have a decent lawyer, good luck Martin.

I bought our house privately from Idealista. Both buyer and seller very happy,
I was the first to view and paid full asking price.
