I have a holiday place just south of Guardamar and would like to join a walking group to get to know the area better and hopefully meet some new people when I come. My next visit is short - 12-16th June but hoping there may be a group walking during that week? It would be lovely to meet up with others with a similar interest.

I go walking with a great group called La Marina walkers, although they've finished for the season now until October, but they go all over the Southern Alicante / Northern Murcia area. They have a website so you can email for more details.

There is a walking group that meets every Friday at 10 am in the car park by the big vets in Guardamar. They have a facebook age called Social Walkers, Guardamar. A very friendly group.
