Chloramphenicol ask for it at the pharmacy.

I would just like to point out that chloramphenicol is an antibiotic and will therefore be totally ineffective for an allergy in addition inappropriate use of antibiotics contributes to resistance and may put you at risk of an adverse reaction. My advice is to seek advice from your local pharmacy.

She has been using Pyriton as an AH which does not seem to be effective. Based on this the liklihood is it isnt allergy and is some form of infection. A pharmacist would only offer the same medication on the basis the patient has used AH already.
Antimicrobial resistance is not really relevant for drops.

Not necessarily clinically I would suggest a trial of Chloramphenicol first. It there is no improvement go and see the medical centre. After 5 days of commencement of the chloramphenicol
That's all the medical centre would do.

I do not want to doubt your expertise but are you medically trained, better to seek professional advice in my opinion.
