No sorry only looking to rent as we have a property in the uk so we want to split our time between the two

and as we haven't been to the alicante area before we are going to decide once we have spent a holiday there in june

then take it from there but we are not looking to buy as we like to move around and have the luxury of going anywhere we want instead of being stuck in the one place

cheers x

You may be interested in taking up a new hobby whilst you are over here so have a look at this.

Dancing - Ballroom, Latin, Sequence and Argentine Tango

Friday- Classes for - Ballroom, Latin and Argentine Tango
New Beginners Class 8pm - 9pm
Intermediate Class 9pm - 10pm

Monday - Social Dance
Ballroom, Latin and Sequence 8pm - 10.30pm

Monday - Sequence Dance Class 7pm - 8pm

All the above are held at Los Rosales Restaurant, Guardamar CV895 [near the Lemon Tree Sunday Market]

Never danced before, not a problem, come along 8pm Friday evenings and have a go, it is fun and you will meet like minded people. You will be surprised at how quickly you are dancing.

Guardamar is very busy in summer months and extremely quiet in winter. A lot of restaurants and shops take their annual holidays jan to march. As long as you join clubs locally to meet people you will love it.

Guardamar is not extremely quiet in winter. Are there 2 Guardamars? 🤔😉 In the city centre everything is open al year round. Maybe in certain urbanisation some restaurants may be closed. But haven't seen one to be honnest.
