Job vacancy: Part time bilingual Legal Customer Service Representative (Spanish- English)
Hernández- Mora Lawyers is a multidisciplinary law firm with extensive experience, which develops its work in the provinces of Murcia and Alicante.
We guarantee the best quality service and totally personalized advice to our clients.
Currently we are looking for someone to join our team located in Guardamar in order to help with the day to day basis related with our legal and admin services for international clients.
Main tasks:
1. Provide superior customer service to our clients and partners.
2. Customer acquisition and accounts opening.
3. End to end management of the procedures with the notary for translation of legal documentation (wills and powers of attorney) and support to clients during the process.
4. Administrative support in daily tasks related to the conveyancing process.
5. Support to the Director of the firm as deputy clerk.
Requirements:
1. Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory for the position. Any other language will be very valuable.
2. Experience in customer service.
3. Legal education is not required, but any experience in the field will be valuable.
4. Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Result oriented.
- Customer centric.
- Flexibility.
Location and availability
The job position will be located in Guardamar. Residence in the area is not needed, but own transport is required.
It is a 25hour per week part time job.
