Hello

From personal knowledge I don't agree with this post above. In my 18yrs of living here prices have risen, fallen & climbed up again and Ive known lots of people who have sold properties. Some have moved to other bigger  apts, some  returned to their own countries through ill health, bereavement , family matters  etc.... among my friends & close neighbours no one has lost money, all have gained. I live one street back from the beach with a mix of nationalities in an area with good transport, supermarkets, restaurants & many other facilities and prices are pretty stable. Come & visit when you can, shop around  carefully & you'll be surprised what you might find.

Cheers

Hello Gail

Its La Mata , just  along the coast from Guardamar going south  where you have as your location, so I assume that is your search area

Good Luck with your search

I don't know anybody who made money in spain I know of somebody who lost 500000 euro . I lived there for 10 years in that time made 100pc with property in UK, far better investment and the rental from it more than pays for the rental in spain,

And there will be a correction in prices again in spain once the illegal brits start pulling out
