I am looking or should I say, thinking about selling my apartment which is near the marina in guardamar. Could anyone recommend a trusted estate agent please to advise and possibly sell. Thanks in anticipation.

We sold our apartment in benidorm in April with Jigsaw cases. We thought it would be on for a good while as apartments in benidorm and surrounding areas are on the market sometimes for years. Tracy sold it within 2 weeks, she really does work hard to sell your property and she very passionate about her job. I can't recommend Jigsaw cases enough. I nearly forgot the best thing is her fees are between €1000 and €15000 plus vat.
