Hi Roselynne

We bought a house in Portico Mediterraneo Guardamar last September and we absolutely love it. We are 35 mins walking distance to Guardamar town  but the beach is 5 min walk away. I highly recommend looking around Portico Mediterraneo the community is fantastic and everyone is so friendly helpful and looks out for one another, there are British,Dutch and Spanish here. The houses are lovely with lots of outdoor space plus you share a beautiful pool and green area. There is a local bus you can catch to Guardamar (5 min) to all the supermarkets, restaurants etc and also a bus to Alicante,Torrevieja and Cartagena plus you can take a 20 min walk to Lemon Tree market on every Sunday where we get all our fruit and veg. We really are very happy.

If I can offer any more information please let me know. Always welcome to knock for a coffee or sangria if looking in the area 😀

Best of luck

Paul
