Long trerm rental

I am looking on moving to Spain in the very near future. My aim for the initial period is to rent long term . With the view of purchasing a property in El Raso. Are there any pitfalls to look out for with long term rentals. Can you open bank accounts etc. Any views on El Raso is appreciated.

We have rented long term through an agent called mihouse , if you speak to Timothy you'll find him extremely helpful

Rent long bungalow season 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 terraces, private garage, garden, very quiet area, wonderful views of the lake, community pool, sports area, playground for children, first line to the "Natural Park of La Mata", 500 meters from the sea, 5 minutes from Guardamar del Segura and 10 minutes from Torrevieja, public transport, bike line to town. In the surroundings: Horse rental, street market on Sundays and all the orchard at your feet

Hello Fpegman,

The rent is 450€/month, are going to be available 2 or 3 June 2018, I´m looking for somebody take care of the house, I have had bad experiences with tenants, I´m living in England so I can not go all the time to control, the house is half furniture, If you want to see the house tell me an approximate date and I could look for somebody to show it, you can see photos on this page.
