Can do two out of the three for you, thoroughly recommend Steve Birkett and he probably knows a plumber!

Hi Jason,
Steve Birkett has just let down both me and a neighbour, because he´s so busy, although he did recommend this chap instead:
For aircon: Julio Curso, (00 34) 655 64 83 21
For plumbing, I´d recommend Dave Farr, (00 34) 650 56 32 39
For an electrician, I´d recommend Tony Poole of Sparks in Spain: http://www.sparksinspain.es/
