Please check with the town hall before you commit to anything! The last town plan, which is currently on hold, meant the demolition of established homes or land grab by the developer. The Mayor (Alcalda) said that the owners should not complain because most of the houses were illegal anyway...….

We opened with sabadell in Hondón de las Nieves. Extremely helpful and all speak English.
Also recommend the best account for you to save you money - something unheard of in the uk
