Well, never say never. Have friends who bought an apartment in Los Montesinos, there are 30 app in that building. So you would think all ok, no?
5 minutes before signing at the notary they saw that the cellar under ground did not, have the cedula, so……illegal
It took them one more week before it was all arranged, so never say or think it’s all ok!!! I have 2 years of experience, negative experience. I still can’t believe what they all try and do in Spain to sell properties, in my country you get jailed for that. I visited properties where the owners said : there is no cedula but,we now a notary, who;will let the deed go trough……!!!!
If you can live with the daily stress that they can knock down your property, because they need a road there and you can find a notary(plenty of them) …who let the deed go trough, no,problem at all. There are 3300 illegal properties in;catral so again, no problem
BUT the day that you want to sell, then you will have a mayor problem because even Spain starts to follow rules and regulations, slow but it’s coming!!!
Enough negativity for now. By coincidence I was yesterday in Montonorasa or,something similar , and I;had noticed the temperature before driving over there, by arrival it was 3 degrees less than in Quesada. So yes, it is always a bit , most,of,the time 2 / 3 degrees less. And you are right, it,takes 45 minutes to drive to the beach
I had contact with 2 agency’s in Hondón, one in la romana and one in Hondón de las Nieves. I had a very good feeling and experience with the one in la romana but they did not have the right property for me so I,took the other one, which I more or less did regret. The la romana one was so much more correct, punctual, on time, efficient, ……I,just can’t say any bad word about them, the name of their buisseniss was : casas in España , you’ll find them back on the internet.
Wish you good luck and do not rush, ask a 1000 questions, and do not sign anything before you have everything checked or double checked.
