Can we now drive from Nieves to frailles?
If they both come under the same health region yes, if not no.

Julie - I may be mistaken, but I dont think the Hondons are in Phase 1?
As I understand it, the regions are split up into areas served by specific hospital. The following link should help. https://www.costa-news.com/costa-blanca-news/towns-in-alicante-province-that-will-enter-phase-one-on-monday/
If you are not in Phase 1 then by default you are still on complete lockdown.
You can always check with your local Ayto?
