Hi Sue and welcome to the forum!

I'm afraid the regions are not allowed to break down the cases of Covid-19 by town (partly, I suspect, because they can't account for people with mild symptoms who are self-isolating at home, who haven't been formally tested).

The most accurate number you're likely to get will be based on your regional hospital.  For example, Torrevieja Hospital currently has less than 50 cases and it covers a wide catchment area.

Kind regards,

Kim

Publishing local stats would be dangerous as they could engender complacency and lead to people letting their guard down.

The only way to deal with the crisis is to assume that the virus is everywhere and act accordingly.
