I am thinking of buying a holiday home and was wondering if anyone had any tips on the area

Hi, I have a cave house in Hondon de las nieves that is very inexpensive to run and would make an easy to maintain holiday home with a constant all year interior temperature of 65 degrees, warm in winter and cool in summer.
Comprises 2 double bedrooms and a comfortable bed settee in the L-shaped lounge. small kitchen and shower and toilet. There is a large garage and solarium.
I am planning to be in Hondon for the winter months and would be happy to make arrangements for you to view any time between November 2017 and April 2018
I have all my interior and exterior photos on my ipad which is in the cave but I can send them to you if you are interested when I get back to Hondon.

Make sure it is LEGAL as many are NOT.
Oceanside Country estate agent in Hondon are very helpful. especially Mayte.
